In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "mnl7," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the mnl7 online gaming platform, operating under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" means the mnl7 website located at mnl7.net, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, services, games, and features accessible through that domain.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers a player account on the mnl7 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means the deposited funds held in a player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits credited to a player's Account, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a stake placed on any game, event, or outcome offered through the Platform using Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required of players before withdrawal processing and as mandated by PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for the authorization and regulation of games of chance in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory or jurisdiction where accessing the Platform or participating in online gambling is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing the mnl7 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the mnl7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mnl7. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have registered an Account, contact mnl7 support to request account closure.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. mnl7 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

To register an Account on mnl7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being). Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless mnl7 expressly permits access from additional jurisdictions in writing.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of mnl7 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology suppliers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by mnl7 or by PAGCOR, or any court-ordered exclusion from gaming activities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

mnl7 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. mnl7 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to transfer or forfeit balances accordingly.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. mnl7 will treat all activity originating from your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified mnl7 in writing of suspected unauthorised access.

Account Security. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. mnl7 recommends the use of a strong, unique password and enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication, which is available to all registered players on the Platform.

KYC Verification. mnl7 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at such other times as mnl7 deems necessary. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID) and may additionally require proof of address and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by mnl7 may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

Account Currency. All Account balances are held and displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). mnl7 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Deposits made in any other currency will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate determined by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction.

Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. mnl7 reserves the right to charge a monthly account maintenance fee against inactive Account balances after providing reasonable written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate an inactive Account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Deposits. mnl7 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds by mnl7's payment processor. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are set out on the Cashier page of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

No Third-Party Deposits. You may only fund your Account using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are strictly prohibited. Any third-party deposit detected by mnl7 will be returned to the originating account, and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering control.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is set out on the Cashier page of the Platform.
• Any active Bonus Balance or wagering requirement obligations must be resolved before Real Money Balance can be withdrawn. A player who opts to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will have any active Bonus Balance and associated winnings forfeited.
• mnl7 targets processing of withdrawal requests within two (2) to five (5) business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster. These timelines are targets only and are not guaranteed.

Anti-Money Laundering. mnl7 is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR's AML requirements. mnl7 may delay or decline any withdrawal request that triggers AML review protocols and may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your Account. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such requests.

Taxes. Players are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from winnings received through the Platform in accordance with Philippine tax law. mnl7 does not provide tax advice.

mnl7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published in conjunction with each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific bonus terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements. All bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are set out in the bonus terms.
• One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the specific bonus terms expressly permit it.
• Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period, after which unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings associated with it. Expiry periods are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Abuse and Fraud. mnl7 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold or recover any winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; placing offsetting bets across accounts; or exploiting technical errors that resulted in an incorrect bonus credit.
• No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration except through the wagering process described in the specific bonus terms.

mnl7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, provided that such modification will not affect the terms of a bonus already accepted and actively being wagered by a player.

Game Rules. Each game available on the mnl7 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules are more specific to the matter in dispute.

Random Number Generation. All mnl7 casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with PAGCOR certification requirements. mnl7 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Malfunctions and Technical Errors. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, mnl7 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's Real Money Balance. mnl7 will not honour payouts that result from clearly erroneous odds, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions.

Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mnl7 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, technical glitch, or pricing error for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine gambling activity.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software or game content.

Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

All content on the mnl7 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to mnl7 and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any mnl7 trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

mnl7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mnl7 is committed to compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, payment processors, identity verification services, and other service providers strictly as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with legal obligations.

mnl7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on their active gaming session duration. mnl7 will issue a notification when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during gameplay informing players of the duration of their current session and net financial result.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to permanent) or apply for inclusion in PAGCOR's exclusion registry. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary pause on the Account without permanent closure, allowing the player time to reflect.

Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. mnl7 strongly discourages gambling as a means of resolving financial difficulties or emotional distress. If you believe you or someone close to you may have a gambling problem, please use the self-exclusion tools available in your Account settings or contact the mnl7 support team. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mnl7 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising out of your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from the malfunction or interruption of third-party payment services, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Losses resulting from any delay, failure, or error in the transmission of data over the internet or telecommunications networks.
• Loss of winnings due to a technical malfunction or error in a game, where mnl7 has exercised reasonable care in operating the affected game.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mnl7 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mnl7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

Suspension by mnl7. mnl7 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, without prior notice, where mnl7 reasonably suspects:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• An AML concern requiring investigation.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring suspension.

During a suspension, you will not be able to access your Account, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. mnl7 will notify you of the suspension and the reason for it as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.

Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting mnl7 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account — whether by you or by mnl7 — your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Balance remaining in your Account at the time of termination is forfeited. Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 8 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) shall survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Dispute Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the mnl7 Platform, you should first contact mnl7 customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. mnl7 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and will endeavour to resolve it within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which exercises regulatory jurisdiction over mnl7's gaming operations in the Philippines.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through internal complaint procedures or PAGCOR escalation, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

mnl7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the Platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

For material amendments — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — mnl7 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email to the address registered on the player's Account and/or via a prominent in-platform notification. Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect the substance of the Terms, may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
